A fiery crash involving a tractor trailer and a van on Interstate 65 in Munfordville, KY about 5:16 am on Friday, March 26, 2010 caused the death of 11 people.

Munfordville is in the south-central part of the state about 74 miles south of Louisville, 141 miles southwest of Lexington, roughly 40 miles northeast of Bowling Green and about 111 miles southeast of Owensboro.

Certain brands of baby slings has been recalled due to infant suffocation and fall hazards. The Agency Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a warning that baby slings can be dangerous or even deadly to infants.

CPSC has investigated more than 13 deaths related to baby slings in the last two decades and out of these three in just the last year. Infants younger than four months were the most affected.
